From the wine cellar:

This wine is one of the best cabinets we have produced so far. Selected vines and winemaking practices have been used to create a powerful yet balanced Cabernet Sauvignon that demonstrates the benefits of WA in the world of viticulture – longer growing days, lack of irrigation and mineral-rich soils dating back to the Missoula floods thousands of years ago. This Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine that you will enjoy for years to come as it evolves in bottle and with age. Cheers!

Produced and bottled at Bergevin Vineyards Lane
14.5% alcohol

The Bergevin Lane Moonspell Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 starts with a very pleasant aroma of black cherry and plum, plus lots of vanilla and some leather and cedar.

The wine has a soft and silky taste, with lots of juicy dried black fruit, deliciously blended with cooking herbs and a hint of vanilla. It is a good example of Washington Cab with many well made oak influences.

It ends in a dry, long and slightly tannic tone, with a subtle hint of vanilla, liquorice and chocolate. I love it! And even if he drinks well, he still has a lot of life left if you want to keep a few bottles for the future.
