Ste. Michelle Wine Estates has announced the launch of their new immersive wine tasting experience in downtown Kirkland, the “Blend.” The Blend offers an exclusive, behind-the-scenes experience at the world’s only 9-metre diameter wine cellar built into the ground, where customers can taste multiple wines from different regions of the world and learn about the varietals that go into making each wine.

One of the top wine destinations around is out to challenge the status quo with a bold new brand.  Kirkland’s newest addition to the wine scene, the Blend, offers a unique experience that is both a wine tasting and a wine tasting education. The concept takes wine tasting to a whole new level.

The first preview of what is probably the most exciting new feature in downtown Kirkland, the Blend, is here. Kirkland, WA. (June 23, 2021) – Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, the company that put Washington State’s wine industry on the map, today announced the opening of a new tasting room in downtown Kirkland called Blend by Ste. Michelle.

The wines in The Blend are among the most beloved and highly regarded in Washington State, said David Deary, president and CEO of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. Our customers have long wanted to be able to taste these wines in one place, so we’re happy to be able to offer them a new experience. Blend is a true celebration of Washington wine.

A Blend by Ste. Michelle will offer tasting flights and small hors d’oeuvres highlighting the different wine growing regions and styles of wines from Washington State. July flights include the Que Syrah, Syrah, July Bright White and the Red, White and Brut, with wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle, Columbia Crest, Northstar Winery, Spring Valley Vineyard and Tenet. The tasting room will also feature the new Blend 42 Wine Club, which allows guests to mix and match wines from different vineyards in the best growing areas of the 42nd state.

Located at 15 Lake St. Suite #200 shares space with Sotheby’s International Realty, Blend by Ste. Michelle will be the first. July 2021 in office.
